Assistant Property Manager - Shopping Centres Division

We are currently offering the opportunity for the right candidate to take on the full-time role of Assistant Property Manager to work within our Shopping Centres Team.

Ideally, you will have gained experience within an agency environment, commercial or retail management and/or administration, and are keen to further develop your skills.

As an Assistant Property Manager you will assist the Asset Managers in our Shopping Centres Division in the following areas:

  • Liaison with tenants, maintaining excellent relationships
  • Attend Client meetings together with the Asset Managers
  • Attending regular property inspections and reporting
  • Managing repairs and maintenance r
  • Financial management of rents, leases, and outgoings including arrears
  • Insurance and Essential Safety Measures management and coordination
  • Data entry and management.
  • Property Administration support as required.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to execute tasks in a timely manner with high-quality results
  • A responsible and reliable work ethic
  • A willingness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge
  • Qualifications in Property or a related discipline is preferable but not essential
  • Relevant work experience in a property management environment will be highly regarded
  • Qualified with an Agents Representative Certificate
  • A knowledge of the provisions of the Retail Lease Act 2003, Essential Services and other relevant regulations is preferable but not essential
