HR & Office Manager
Angela has more than 30 years’ experience in administration, accounts, office management and HR within the real estate, construction and architecture industries, including four years with Fitzroys.
Angela’s role encompasses the planning, direction and coordination of administrative functions including overseeing the recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring of Fitzroys talent workforce. She serves as the consulting link between management and employees, ensuring the delivery of staff benefits and all human resource issues via several integrated platforms.
Tasked with managing the day-to-day administration of the company, Angela coordinates and supervises specialists engaged for IT systems and service delivery, and the workspace environment; fulfilling government regulatory compliance, and meeting Fitzroys budgetary goals.
Well regarded as the central touchpoint for all our staff, Angela is the motivational conduit behind Fitzroys happy and efficient professional team.
