Dance Dynamics Waltzes Into Hampton East

Posted on 18th March 2020

Dance Dynamics Australia has waltzed into Melbourne’s bayside, leasing a light-filled first-floor space overlooking the busy intersection of Nepean Highway and South Road.

Tom Fisher and Mark Talbot of Fitzroys negotiated the 5+5-year lease at 862 Nepean Highway, Hampton East on behalf of a private owner at $56,000 per annum net.

The open-plan space of 278sqm has exclusive amenities and offered excellent signage rights and exposure to the abundance of passing traffic along Nepean Highway.

The property is surrounded by major brands including Chemist Warehouse, Anytime Fitness, TAB, Subway, and Bad Backs, and is opposite Kingston City Hall more, and has a large council car park at rear and is a short walk from Moorabbin train station and multiple bus routes.

Fisher said the property presented a fantastic opportunity to secure a space opposite the busy Moorabbin Junction.

“We received enquiry from range of office users attracted to the accessible location in Melbourne’s bayside area, while the strong interest from gyms and recreational and fitness studios reflected the versatility of the space.”

Fisher said the light-filled floor has been converted into a recreational layout and was an excellent fit with Dance Dynamics, which is adding to its existing locations in Richmond, Malvern, Box Hill and Ringwood.

“Dance Dynamics was attracted to the property’s high-exposure and highly accessible location within the Bayside region, which is a demographic they are looking to reach out to.”

Dance Dynamics takes the approach that fitness should be fun, convenient and affordable, and has members ranging in age from 16 to 85 years, and from beginner to high-impact advanced levels.
