These strategies encompass advice on appropriate weightings into various property sectors, together with disposal, development, leasing and acquisition across a range of portfolio complexities. Michael has utilised his knowledge and deep understanding of property markets to conduct detailed feasibilities into opportunistic purchases across many sectors including retail, car park and high-technology office, industrial and logistics redevelopment.
