Brent has over 10 years’ real estate experience with the majority of those years being in the commercial and industrial property brokerage in Melbourne’s North and North Western regions.

His real estate career commenced in 2010 with a regional agency and in 2014, he joined one of Melbourne’s international agencies based in their Melbourne North West office. There he specialised in industrial land sales and development sites, preleases, and the sales and leasing of existing facilities and strata units. During his tenure, he was promoted twice to Senior Executive and then to Associate Director.

In 2018, he moved to another major agency to join their Industrial team as Director and continued to transact key notable deals within the market and further strengthen his relationships with many institutional and private clients.

Today, he leads the Industrial and Logistics business of Fitzroys along with Marco Sandrin, and together they continue to drive industrial property transactions for owners, landlords and tenants across Melbourne.
