Stephanie provides considerable experience in asset management and leading teams, overseeing specialist retail development from construction to operational phase of several large shopping centres around Australia.

Stephanie’s expertise includes budgeting and forecasting, lease negotiations, capex management and fit-out works as well as overseeing the outsourced property management team.

Since joining Fitzroys in 2020 Stephanie has taken the lead role with a team of 10 Property Management staff whilst overseeing the delivery of management services to our major client, University of Melbourne. Stephanie is mature, considered and highly effective in her role.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic she has provided exceptional support to her clients and delivered some positive outcomes across her portfolio.
